Bio-Hazard Remediation & Sanitization

Standard detailing cannot safely address biological contaminants that pose a risk to your health. This specialized remediation service focuses on the scientific breakdown and removal of hazardous materials through a tiered approach based on the scale of contamination.
Light Remediation: Typically applies to isolated incidents, such as a single localized area of mold growth (like a damp floor mat) or a small, contained bodily fluid spill. This covers situations where the hazard is caught early and hasn't spread to the foam or ventilation.
Moderate Remediation: Necessary when contamination has spread to multiple surfaces or is more deeply embedded. Examples include mildew odors throughout the cabin, pet waste in several areas, or signs of minor pest intrusion (droppings) restricted to the trunk or floorboards.
Heavy Remediation: Reserved for severe health hazards, such as active rodent infestations (nesting in seats/dash), extensive mold covering the headliner and carpet, or widespread undiscovered spills. These cases require prolonged protocols to ensure the environment is medically safe.

Trash Removal & Debris Disposal

While every interior service includes the removal of a "typical" amount of daily litter, our tiered Trash Removal service is designed for vehicles requiring a deeper reset. We focus on efficiently clearing, sorting, and disposing of accumulated debris to prepare the surfaces for detailing.
Moderate: Typically applies to vehicles with a high volume of daily clutter, such as several grocery bags’ worth of loose papers, food wrappers, or empty containers scattered throughout the cabin.
Heavy: Necessary for significant accumulations where the floorboards or seats are largely obscured by debris, requiring substantial time for manual sorting and removal.
Severe: Reserved for extreme cases of long-term accumulation that impacts the entire vehicle. These situations often involve buried contaminants and may incur an additional Bio-Hazard fee if rotting food, mold, or pests are discovered within the debris.
Transparency: This fee only applies when the volume of trash becomes significantly time-consuming. If a vehicle exceeds the "Light" threshold, we will consult with you for approval before applying the appropriate tier to your total.
