Ceramic Coating

vs. Ceramic Sealant

vs. Spray Wax

Shine & Gloss

Selecting protection for its shine involves a trade-off between the look and its longevity.

3 Year Ceramic Coating

is known for providing a high-quality, long-lasting glass-like, reflective shine or "candy-shell" look that maintains its appearance for years, making the color pop with sharp, bright reflections.

The ceramic coating locks in the depth and shine of paint after a 1 or 2 step paint correction for years to come.

1-3 Month Ceramic Sealant

sits in the middle, offering a medium-to-high gloss and reflective finish that is brighter than wax but may lack the perceived depth of a premium wax or the extreme glassy nature of a coating.

2-4 Week Spray Wax

Excels at delivering a rich, deep, and "wet" look or warm glow that many enthusiasts love, though it fades quickly.

Durability

Choosing the right paint protection depends primarily on the desired durability and level of protection. The difference is stark

3 Year Ceramic Coating

(Pair with a 1 step or 2 step paint correction)

provides the longest-lasting, semi-permanent chemical bond with your car's paint, offering superior resistance to UV rays, chemicals, and contaminants and some of the best water beading you can get. Proper ceramic maintenance allows for the best results that last.

1-3 Month Ceramic Sealant

(Included w/ Premium Exterior & Up)

Synthetic polymer that offers good environmental protection and water-beading for several months, making it a great middle-ground option. In excellent conditions our Ceramic Sealant is rated for up to 6 months. This is also used during routine maintenance for Ceramic Coated vehicles as a booster layer to help get the most longevity and protection out of a Ceramic Coating

2-4 Week Spray Wax

(Included with every exterior services)

Offers excellent shine and hydrophobic effects, but requires often application to maintain. Lifetime of the wax depends on the vehicles environment

Affordability

The affordability of these protection options reflects their longevity and application complexity.

3 Year Ceramic Coating

is the largest upfront investment, typically ranging from $1000 to $1,500 which includes the crucial 1 or 2 step paint correction depending on paint condition and customer needs. Paint correction is always done before application to create a fresh layer for the coating to bond properly

While there is a larger upfront cost initially, this cost is spread over several years, offering better long-term value by eliminating frequent reapplications, and preserving the paint.

1-3 Month Ceramic Sealant

(Included in Premium Exterior & Up)

This sealant is a great budget-friendly option, that lasts much longer than traditional wax with the add-on by itself costing $19.99.

2-4 Week Spray Wax

Is applied for free as a complimentary service to customers with every exterior service and provides a lasting gloss to the paint finish, its only downside is the need for reapplication every few weeks to maintain protection.
